Fitness Together Announces Semi-Private Personal Training

Get the efficiency, accountability and impact of working with a certified trainer in a semi-private training setting. Small group training offers an excellent mixture of individual coaching and group motivation. Age and fitness level does not matter since you can go at your own pace. Get 2-3 friends together, pick training days and times and you will get you (and your friends) in the best shape of your life. Small groups are limited to three people (minimum of two) and training times and days are based on availability. There are no contracts but you will be rewarded for commitment not only in how you look and feel but in how much it costs.

Semi-Private Training $399/month per person MONTH-to-MONTH

$299/month per person 6 MONTH COMMITMENT

$199/month per person 12 MONTH COMMITMENT

$99/month – Current FT Clients Only
(to be eligible for the $99/month rate you must be a current personal training client who is actively private training at the FT studio a minimum of 2 personal training sessions per week)

Here’s What a Typical Session is Like:

Our small group training offers MUCH more than just completing a workout by rotating equipment or stations like some of the other workout centers. You work out in our state-of-the-art private studio, equipped with dumbbells, medicine balls, free weights, benches, weighted bars, resistance bands, tubing, agility equipment, and stability balls. Your fitness professional will lead you through an organized, well thought-out workout routine to upbeat, motivating music that may include a combination of ability and balance drills, exercises, cardio, strength training, and bodyweight exercises. With Fitness Together, it’s something different every single day, incorporating a variety of equipment and weight training techniques, including core training, progressive functional strength training, medicine balls, agility equipment, and cardio interval training programs to keep your workouts fresh and interesting! Our goal is to continually give you just the right blend of support and challenge you need to have fun and get results!

What else do I need to know?

  • Each small group training session is approximately 45 minutes. (We work hard, and get it done!)
  • All group sessions are pre-booked and offered Monday - Saturday. Groups are limited to three people (minimum of two) and training times and days are based on availability.
  • Expected results in the first 30 days include: 1-3% reduction in body fat, greatly improved posture, better relaxation, 4-8 pounds of weight loss, 1-3 inch decrease in the midsection, improvement in endurance, increase in strength, and 100% gain in self-confidence!
