What is this new Small Group Training Program all about?
Our small group training program makes fitness affordable and fun, while providing all the accountability, encouragement, education, and social support you need to reach your goals. Sessions are limited to no more than 3 people, so you get individualized instruction and supervision from your own Body Transformation Expert. Sessions are instructor-led and peer-driven, providing an excellent mixture of individual coaching and group motivation. Workouts are constantly varied and unique, ensuring that you always make progress. You can join one of our established group sessions - or start your own! Get 3 friends together, pick training days and times, and we’ll assign you a FT expert trainer!
When can I come in for my workouts with this program?
Morning, mid-day, or evening…you choose what works best for you. We’ve got the availability to work around your schedule…no matter how crazy it may be! Classes are currently offered Monday - Saturday.
As a member of our small group training program you can attend an unlimited number of workouts each week. All new members of our small group program must complete an introductory “How-to” class before the first training session. If you’re just starting out we recommend you begin with 3 days a week. If you’ve been working out a little longer, you may want to increase your workouts to 4-5 days a week. Heck, some folks are even in here for a workout everyday! Whatever your schedule and goals, we’ve got it covered.
What’s a typical group training session like?
Our small group training offers MUCH more than just completing a workout by rotating equipment or stations like some of the other workout centers. You work out in our state-of-the-art private studio, equipped with dumbbells, medicine balls, free weights, benches, weighted bars, resistance bands, tubing, agility equipment, and stability balls. Your fitness professional will lead you through an organized, well thought-out workout routine to upbeat, motivating music that may include a combination of ability and balance drills, exercises, cardio, strength training, and bodyweight exercises. With Fitness Together, it’s something different every single day, incorporating a variety of equipment and weight training techniques, including core training, progressive functional strength training, medicine balls, agility equipment, and cardio interval training programs to keep your workouts fresh and interesting! Our goal is to continually give you just the right blend of support and challenge you need to have fun and get results!

How much does this program cost? Are there any membership dues or long-term commitments required to join?
No long-term commitments or contracts here whatsoever. Our philosophy is simple, give us a shot by attending a FREE week of unlimited training sessions at no charge (that’s 12 workouts if you want to do two-a-day’s!). And if you like what we have to offer, we hope you’ll stick around and let us continue to serve you.

What if I'm not very physically fit?
No client will be left behind or asked to complete more than they are capable of doing safely. Whether you have five or fifty pounds to lose, want to increase your fitness, or reach the next level in your training program, you’ll find that our small group training is just the program for you! Because we vary load and intensity of the workouts (not program design), women and men of all ages, abilities and fitness levels can attend our small group training sessions and achieve incredible results. Give us a shot, and you’ll find we can help you improve – in a supportive, yet challenging environment - no matter where you’re starting from today.
What if I want more one-on-one individualized or “private” coaching support?
While the group training program may be all you ever need, if you’re looking for a little more individualized attention or coaching then private training sessions are available. You may “upgrade” your program at any time to include a complete fitness analysis, before and after photos, nutrition program design, or any of the other services and programs we offer. Some of our clients also appreciate just checking-in with a private coaching session once in a while to make sure they’re “putting all the pieces together” and reaching their fitness goals. No matter what your goals, we’ve got everything you need to get in and stay in great shape… for life!

I’m really interested in this, but I’m concerned about being too busy and not having enough time to come in regularly. What should I do?
Professionally speaking…after working with thousands of clients over the years we have found that “I don’t have time” really means “I’d like to procrastinate a little longer.” The truth of the matter is that you MUST make time for your health and taking care of your body. If you can’t fit a 30-45 minute workout into your life, three days a week, then it may be time to reassess and adjust your priorities. Make this important. Heck, EVERYBODY is busy, but taking care of yourself and your health must become important if you really want to not only look and feel your best, but more importantly avoid so many of the health challenges that plague most folks who have “neglected themselves” for way too long. We encourage you to make a positive change in your life and we’re here to help you!
Do I need to bring anything with me to class?
Nope, just yourself and a reasonably good attitude! :) We’ll provide all the equipment, motivation, and accountability you’ll need. Just bring a sense of adventure! Oh, and make sure NOT to come on an empty stomach. We don’t want you to get light headed during your fun and energizing workout!
What results can I expect to achieve?
- On average you’ll drop 3-6 pounds
- 1-2 dress sizes
- 2-5% body fat

What else do I need to know?
- Each small group training session is approximately 45 minutes. (We work hard, and get it done!)
- All group sessions are pre-booked and offered Monday - Saturday.
- FREE 6-day trial of unlimited workouts, then after that your low monthly investment to join is just $299/month with a 3-month commitment or on a month-to-month basis.
- Expected results in the first 30 days include: 1-3% reduction in body fat, greatly improved posture, better relaxation, 4-8 pounds of weight loss, 1-3 inch decrease in the midsection, improvement in endurance, increase in strength, and 100% gain in self-confidence!
